well, we went to the parade. it rained. then it poured. then it HAILED. in socal. not near the mountains. fortunately, the school was smart enough to buy rain ponchos for all of the kids. the girls were all in wigs and school dresses and between the two, i think each child had about $400 worth of costume on them. my kids had fun riding on ( Read more... )

i took the kids to see a feis today(pronounced"fesh" -formal irish dance competition) it was interesting. we watched several girls from the school in their respective levels of competition.( feis )
